Preacher a new series set for AMC in 2016. Based on the cult comic book series from Vertigo/ DC Comics. Dominic Cooper stars as Jesse Custer,  a minister who becomes fused with Genesis, a entity that is half angel, half demon.

A perfect fit for AMC. Seth Rogan is attached as Executive Producer.

Now this series might remind you a little bit of the supernatural Constantine, and the character occultist John Constantine from Hellblazer . Garth Ennis is known for Hellblazer, Judge Dredd, Punisher.
