PAX AUS 2013 | First Look New Venue Setting Up

A glimpse inside the new PAX Australia venue.

The first ever Penny Arcade Expo in Australia is about to kick-off. Here’s an early look at the new venue setting up, at the Melbourne Showgrounds.

For those accustomed to massive air conditioned convention halls, this is definitely a different venue from any previous PAX, and looks to be more like a semi-outdoor music festival, (at least a portion of the event). Perhaps it’s fitting for the laid back vibe of Melbourne, and Aussies in general.

With the windy, and rainy winter weather currently in the city, here’s hoping that it won’t affect the overall event going down this weekend.
