FAILURE TO LAUNCH | Tiffany Foxx

Continuing with our Failure to Launch series, we cover new musicians who just can’t to catch a break despite having established artists appearing in their music videos. But do those cameos lead to anything more?

Okay, so it might be too early to call, but we haven’t heard much from Lil’ Kim’s protege Tiffany Foxx. The female rapper has been in development for a while now under Lil’ Kim’s label releasing mixtapes, but nothing substantial for actual mainstream play.

With the release of Foxx’s ‘Twisted’ video early in 2013,  Miley Cyrus appeared briefly and awkwardly. If anything the cameo gave Miley some hip hop cred,  launching her new  ‘twerking’ image soon after,  leaving her hip hop friends in the dust.

Perhaps Tiffany Foxx should consider cutting ties with Lil’ Kim.
