The color red looks to be a big recurring theme in Star Wars: The Last Jedi. Red posters, red smoke, red letters.

The red colored smoke is a nice touch. It’s been used in music videos, and hipster festivals like Burning Man.

The desert setting in the trailer looks like the Utah salt flats.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi hits theaters December 2017.
