THE FOREIGNER

The first trailer for The Foreigner shocked the internet with it’s portrayal of Jackie Chan. He stars alongside former 007 Pierce Brosnan in this dark action thriller.  Jackie Chan and Pierce Brosnan in the same movie, and it’s not a buddy comedy? Chan definitely plays no no Mr. Nice Guy in this flick.

The Foreigner is based on a novel The Chinaman by Stephen Leather published in 1992.

Jackie Chan hasn’t had a Western movie release since 2010 The Spy Next Door and The Karate Kid. So his return to Western cinema is welcomed by fans.

Chan plays Ngoc Minh Quan a Vietnamese former bomb maker who now runs a Chinese restaurant.

The Foreigner hits theater October 2017.
